A lot has changed for me since this site went up.
For one, my hair is much shorter and darker and my eyes are even wider with wonder at the world and my funny little place in it.

I have one show booked for now in April.

I'm solo again after awhile in a very good band known as The Love.

I will be recording a whole new solo record some time, some time in 2008.
It may be more like a pre-record, with live scratch tracks and such but I pledge to get something up and downloadble so that you guys can at least hear the new songs!

Now - I'm building a house in my mind, I started years ago
but I keep renovating and adding new additions
I'm working on a wing now
bigger than the white house for all the families and people and pets and lost toys and drawings and seashells and record collections and merit badges and wedding albums and jars of (endless jars) of peanut
butter and jam
for these people and animals and beloved items that roam through my consciousness
and create strange traffic patterns so that in my attempts to accomidate them
I'm too slow and too fast all at the same time

and I can never catch their names
they tell me once and then roll back behind another face
with another name and another gently held artifact that begs my attention

and I'm falling in a slow timeless love with them
as if we will all be here together forever

so I'm builing this great house for them
and I'm growing my body taller and wider and stronger
to help them all move in

this is what I'm doing to help
